What if I can't attend the challenge live?
To get the most out of the challenge you are encouraged to attend live but we do understand that sometimes this is not possible. The recordings will be uploaded daily and posted in the "Painfree Parenting" Facebook Group. The recordings will remain in the group until Midnight 5-7 days after the start date of the challenge.

Will the challenge be interactive?
Yes, the Pain-free Parenting Challenge will be run through Zoom with the opportunity to comment and ask questions in the chat. There will be daily homework that will be uploaded in the Facebook group and given to participants on 'live'. Uplifting comments on other parents posts are encouraged. Prizes will be award to people who participate either live or when engaging in the replays across all 3 days of the challenge.
